1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of siliq.co (“Website”), operated by Vogen International Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (“SILIQ”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this website. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
• Product images are representative. Slight variations in colour, texture, and weight are natural for handcrafted 925 sterling silver jewellery and do not constitute a defect.
• All products are BIS hallmarked 925 sterling silver unless otherwise stated.
• Product weight mentioned is approximate and may vary by ±5%.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion.
• In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, and wallets.
• All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We do not store your card details.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order. Orders without successful payment will not be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery within India: 3-5 business days. International: 7-14 business days.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500 within India. Orders below ₹2,500 incur a ₹99 shipping fee.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by the order number.
• Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
• To initiate a return, email support@siliq.co with your order number. We will arrange a pickup at no cost within India.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@siliq.co.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may return it after delivery per our return policy.
• Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3-5 business days.

9. Product Authenticity

Every SILIQ product is crafted in 925 sterling silver and carries a BIS hallmark. Each order includes an authenticity card. If you believe you have received a product that does not meet this standard, contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on siliq.co — including but not limited to designs, photographs, text, logos, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of Vogen International Private Limited and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Discount Codes & Promotions

• Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined.
• We reserve the right to revoke codes that are shared publicly without authorisation.
• Promotional offers have specific validity periods and conditions as stated at the time of the offer.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SILIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vogen International Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email.
